Civic Engagement
Indivisible TAG volunteers are actively involved in both non-partisan and partisan civic engagement.
Non-partisan civic engagement involves educating the public about all issues concerning voting, independent of political orientation. Some examples are:
- explaining why voting is important via podcasts and flyers
- registering new voters and checking registration status of current voters
- providing dates for elections both local, state, and national by distributing flyers and posting signs in Hamilton County with relevant election dates.

Indivisible TAG also partners with other organizations to do non-partisan work. Partisan civic engagement involves being actively involved in non-financial aspects of a political campaign. For example, TAG leadership evaluates candidates based on their policy positions and we work with candidates to provide volunteer opportunities. Volunteers ultimately decide whose campaign they wish to support.
During the 2026 election cycle, TAG has:
- hosted postcard writing events,
- organized canvassing training,
- posted candidate canvassing opportunities, delivered candidate yards signs, and posted candidate street signs.
